Directions: Combine cake mix, oats and butter; mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs for topping. Blend remaining crumb mixture with egg. Press into greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes.
Crumb Mixture
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
Directions: Combine reserved crumb mixture with oat, nuts, butter, cinnamon and brown sugar; mix well.
Georgia Blueberry Filling
Ingredients:
2 cups Georgia blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons corn starch in small amount of water
Directions:
Cook Georgia blueberries, sugar and water until berries are tender. Mix the corn starch in small amount of water and add to Georgia berries; cook until thick.
Spread crust with Georgia blueberry mixture; sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes or until crumbs are golden. Cool completely. Cut into wedges. Garnish with prepared whipped topping, if desired.
