Georgia Blueberry Salad (Parfait)

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh Georgia blueberries
  • 1 pound red grapes
  • 1 pound green grapes
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Wash grapes and blueberries and dry thoroughly.  Set aside.  Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and granulated sugar in medium size bowl.  Mix until smooth and well blended. Place half of grapes in glass serving bowl.  Pour one half of cream cheese mixture over grapes; smooth with a spoon.  Sprinkle one half of light brown sugar and one half of pecans over the mixture. Repeat layers, cover and refrigerate.
