Georgia Blueberry Delight (with Graham Cracker Crust)

Georgia Blueberry Delight

  • 1 cup Georgia blueberries
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can condensed sweet milk
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch, mixed in a little water
  • 1 small carton prepared whipped topping
  • Graham Cracker Crust
Directions:Wash Georgia blueberries thoroughly.  In sauce pan, place blueberries and add sugar.  Bring to a boil.  Now, add corn starch to thicken berries.  Place aside to cool.  In a large bowl, mix pineapple, milk and prepared whipped topping.  When blueberries are cool, add to pineapple mixture.  Serve in a Graham Cracker Crust and garnish as desired.  Makes 1 pie.
