Directions:Prepare rice as you usually do. Drain peaches and pineapple reserving juice from each. In bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and 1 cup reserved juices. Chill until thick and syrupy. Prepare whipped topping mix according to package directions. Fold syrupy gelatin into prepared whipped topping. Fold in peaches, pineapple, Georgia blueberries and cooked rice. Pour into 4 qt. serving bowl. Chill until set. Decorate with sweetened whipped cream or sour cream and fresh blueberries.
