Directions: Combine Georgia blueberries and water in medium saucepan; simmer 3-4 minutes. Combine sugar and corn starch in small bowl. Add sugar mixture to Georgia blueberries in sauce pan; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until syrup is clear and thickened. Stir in 1 tablespoon orange juice. Beat cream cheese until fluffy then add 2 tablespoons of orange juice mixing until well beaten. Spread cream cheese mixture onto the bottom of 9-in. graham cracker shell; cover with 3 cups fresh Georgia blueberries. Top with cooked Georgia blueberries. Chill thoroughly. Add whipped cream once cooled. Place few choice berries on top for decoration.
