Honey Blueberry Peach Cobbler

  • 8 cups blueberries
  • 4 cups fresh peaches – sliced thin
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Smart Balance or butter
  • 1-tablespoon pure vanilla
  • 1-1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3-cup flour plus 1-tablespoon flour
Directions:Mix together in large bowl. Pour into a 9x13 inch 3-quart pan or Pyrex dish.
  • 1-cup self-rising flour
  • 1-1/2 cups moist deluxe cake mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 stick or half cup of butter
Directions:Cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender or wire whisk. Sprinkle evenly over fruits. Put cobbler into a preheated 350 degrees oven and bake for one hour or until bubbly.
