Georgia Blueberry Salad (Pie)

Crust

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:Melt brown sugar and margarine.  Mix flour in and add pecans.  Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.  Bake at 300 degrees F for 10 or 15 minutes.  Cool.  Cook Georgia blueberry filling and layer on crust.  Prepare whipping cream.  Whip cream cheese and sugar.  Add to cream.  Layer on blueberry filling.

Filling

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pint Georgia blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

Topping

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 large package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
