4 heaping teaspoons corn starch mixed in a small amount of water
Directions:
Prepare as directed on package. Place in muffin tins. (Do not bake at this time.)
Cook Georgia blueberries, water, sugar, red food coloring and corn starch until thick. Place a teaspoon of thickened Georgia blueberry mixture in top of each muffin. Bake muffins as directed on package.
