Georgia Blueberry & Grape Cheesecake Salad

2016 Blueberry Cooking Contest

1st Place - Adult Division

Ingredients:
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz. of lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub of whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (3½ ounce) package sugar-free cheesecake flavor instant pudding or pie filling mix
  • ½ bag of miniature marshmallows
  • 3 pints Georgia blueberries
  • 2 cups of red seedless grapes
Directions:

 

1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, pudding and cool whip until creamy.

2. Stir in marshmallows.

3. Fold in fruit.

4. Garnish with additional fruit.

5. Chill and enjoy!
