Georgia Blueberry-ed Treasure

Crust

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
Directions:

  Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Combine and spread into a 13x9x2" baking dish.  Bake 6 minutes.


Filling

Ingredients:
  • 2 to 3 cups Georgia blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla flavoring
Directions:

  Cook Georgia blueberries in a sauce pan, add sugar and stir; then add corn starch and stir. Spread over crust.

Mix cream cheese and condensed milk together, add eggs, and stir in vanilla.  Pour over Georgia blueberry mixture and bake until firm.  Cool completely.

Topping

Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Georgia blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans
Directions:    Mix whipped topping and powdered sugar together and spread on filling.  Garnish with Georgia blueberries and pecans.  Store in refrigerator.  Serve cold.
