Blueberry & Brownie Kebabs

Food blogger Mel of MelsKitchenCafe.com wrote: I love these Blueberry and Brownie Kebabs and devour these by the kebab-ful because they are delicious and nutritious.  Perfect for the upcoming 4th of July holiday and any other time you get the hankering to stick brownies and fruit on a skewer, drizzle with hot fudge sauce and eat yourself sick.

Ingredients:
  • 9x13-inch pan of Brownies (chilled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pint of Georgia blueberries, washed
  • 1 pint of strawberries, washed
  • Large marshmallows
  • Hot fudge sauce for drizzling, if desired
  • Bamboo/wooden skewers
Directions:

 

Alternate threading brownies, fruit and marshmallows onto wooden skewers. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
