Fruity Georgia Blueberry Pie


  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:  Mix flour, butter and pecans together and pat into a long baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.

1st Filling

  • 1/2 cup margarine, room temperature
  • 1 cup 4X sugar
  • 1 egg
Directions:  Beat margarine, sugar and egg about 15 minutes and spread  on crust.

2nd Filling

  • 3 - 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:  Spread bananas on pie first; then pineapple.

3rd Filling

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 4X sugar
  • 1 large container prepared whipped topping
Directions:  Mix together cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping and spread on top of pineapple.


  • 2 1/2 cups Georgia blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch

  Wash Georgia blueberries; add sugar; add corn starch, a little at a time.  Cook over very low heat, until thickened.  Cool.  Pour over top.

Prepared whipped topping garnish: chill several hours before serving.
