Frances' Georgia Blueberry Pineapple Crunch Cake

  • 1 large can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (Reserve juice)
  • 1 pint Georgia Blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup liquid (juice from pineapple plus water)
  • 1 yellow cake mix (Sprinkle on)
  • 1 stick of margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • Whipped cream or prepared whipped topping
Directions:Put all of the above listed ingredients in layers in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan or glass dish.  Bake at 325 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until brown.  Top with whipped cream or prepared whipped topping when served.
