Blueberry Pound Cake

Ingredients:
  • (2) sticks of butter
  • (3) cups of sugar
  • (3) cups of cake flour
  • (1/4) teaspoon of baking soda
  • (2) tablespoons of lemon juice
  • (6) eggs
  • (1/4) teaspoon of butter flavor
  • (1/4) teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • (1/4) teaspoon of almond extract
  • (8) ounces of sour cream
  • (2) cups fresh blueberries
Directions:

 

1. Preheat oven to 325° F

2. Cream butter and sugar together

3. Add one egg at a time, then lemon juice, vanilla extract, almond extract, butter flavor,and sour cream

4. Sift cake flour and baking soda in separate mixing bowl

5. Add dry ingredients slowly while mixing

6. Fold blueberries into mixture

7. Grease Bundt pan and sprinkle sugar in the bottom of the pan

8. Bake at 325° F for 30 minutes, then check every 30 minutes until fully baked (usually done in about 1 hour)
