Directions:In a bowl, combine the Graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; mix well. Pat evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill.
Best-Ever Georgia Blueberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
Directions:Beat cream cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl on medium speed for 1 minute. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Continue beating until well blended, about 1 minute. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
Cream Topping
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl; spread evenly over cheesecake. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with Georgia blueberry pie filling or prepare your own Georgia blueberry filling from your favorite recipe.
